To Rent with us:
Rent for 2 hours and the total sum will be $125.00
You must pay a $50.00 (nonrefundable) DEPOSIT
If you believe that your party will exceed 20 children, H & H Gymnastics must be notified no later than 24 hours before the start of rental time. Also, it is an additional $3.00 per child after the excess of 20 children.
Party Rules
Please read:
1. It will help if you put on your party invitations for your guests not to be late, because the coach will have all the children sit down and tell them some safety rules of the gym 10 minutes into the party.
2. Remember, only 20 children for the party rental of $125.00. If you anticipate more than 20 kids, please let us know ahead of time so we can scheadule another coach. There will be a $3.00 fee per child after 20 kids and it will be added to your final bill.
3. You have rented the entire gym (not the work-out area or aerobics room). All bathroom facilities are located downstairs only.
4. You will be supplied a coach. That coach is responsible to see that your party runs smoothly. If there is anything you want the coach to do (obstacle course, volleyball, ect.) please let them know before the party. We do pay the coach, but if you think your coach did an outstanding job, it is OK to tip him or her. It is not necessary though.
5. You may bring whatever you like to decorate with.
6. You can also bring whatever food you want, but all food and drinks must remain upstairs at all times.
7. Please do not let your children run around the gym before the party begins. They must remain upstairs. They must be supervised at all times and sometimes our coach is busy getting ready for the party or hasn't arrived yet.
8. You can arrive and park at the front door to bring things inside 15 MINUTES before. Just remember that a party might be finishing up and we may be cleaning up one party to get ready for the next one.
9. It is also important that you and your guests leave on time. We schedule parties 30 minutes apart, so as you can see, our time is very limited.
