Mission Statement

The mission of H & H Gymnastics & Fitness is to encourage participation and pursue excellence in all aspects of gymnastics, cheerleading, and tumbling. Our aim is to offer a happy and safe environment for all to develop--not only coordination, flexibility, strength, and power; but also self-esteem, self-discipline, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others.
