H &H Workout center is a key guard accessed fitness center which is opened 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  With no sign-up fees and no contract to sign.  We are Vidor's premier workout studio.

We feature free weights and machine stacked weights for circuit training, Life Fitness cardio equipment including treadmills and elipticals.  We have televisions in our upstairs cardio room.

 We have expanded for more equipment and room.

*2nd & 3rd/4th Persons is either spouse or immediate family member no older than 18 yrs old. Children under 13 yrs old are not allowed. Children between 13 yrs old and 15 yrs old must be accompanied by a parent.
